This secure communications expert witness is a former adjunct professor of electrical and computer engineering. He is internationally recognized as an expert in the design and development process required for safe and secure embedded systems. This individual has been admitted as a testifying expert witness in over 50 U.S. and Canadian court cases involving issues of reverse engineering (including DMCA), interception of encrypted signals (Federal Communications Act), patent infringement, theft of copyrighted source code (including trade secrets issues), and product liability. This expert is the author of three books and more than 70 published articles and papers about embedded systems design.
